More FAQs- What does your post construction cleaning service involve?

We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster of the Valley focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster of the Valley does not do rough clean.
Urethane finish contains no VOCs or solvents, which are often the source of odour and even harmful fumes. Urethane finish has a very light, almost unnoticeable, clean scent.
No. Drying means that the surface layer is no longer wet or damp to the touch. Curing, on the other hand, means that urethane has reached its maximum hardness thereby providing the necessary protection of your flooring.
